West Bank Revival - September 18 & 19

You know what we’re excited about? Lots of things! One of them is the ambitious two-day music festival West Bank Revival that’s being put together by the volunteer-run community group Front Porch Sitters. West Bank Revival will celebrate the West Bank and its many contributions to the creative culture of the Twin Cities. Don’t know what those contributions are, exactly? Come down to the neighborhood to find out. The line-up is full of acts that have been revolutionizing the music scene for generations, and you can see them all in one weekend at some of the West Bank’s best music venues. You can read about it here.

During the West Bank Revival WBSC will be open as a space to gather and share music & stories about the neighborhood. We’ll have a slide show of West Bank photos, news clippings, record covers and poster art. There will also be an open mic for storytelling. Bring West Bank vinyl records or CDs to play on our stereo, or your guitar if you are so inclined.

We’ll be open from 4:30 - 10:30pm on Friday the 18th and from 2:30 - 10:30pm on Saturday the 19th. Stop on by!
